Robert Lail

Robert Lail's career has been focused on direct marketing and training and development.

As Vice President of Marketing for Videolearning Systems, Inc. from 1975 to 1987, Rob provided video based patient education and continuing education programs for healthcare organizations throughout the United States. He has also served as a keynote speaker for the International Television Association and the American Society of Training and Development.

In 1996, he established MarketMakers Group, a firm that specializes in market research, sales lead generation and telemarketing programs for technically complex and high-end products and services. His clients included General Electric Corporation, Agilent Technologies and McKesson.

In 2008, he founded eCorpTV in response to research that showed the need for a video sharing web site that is dedicated exclusively to business videos. Since then, Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike have been using eCorpTV to cut through the clutter of consumer video-sharing sites and attract new customers in a professional web environment.




Scott K. Dessain, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Dessain is a medical oncologist and researcher who is an Associate Professor at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research in Wynnewood, PA.

He graduated from Brown University in 1985 and received M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from Yale University in 1994. He pursued post-graduate medical training in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA, followed by a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Dana Farber/Partners Cancer Care Boston, MA and a post-doctoral research fellowship in the laboratory of Dr. Robert Weinberg at the Whitehead Institute, Cambridge, MA. Following his fellowship, he served as an instructor for 2 years at the Massachusetts General Hospital and for 6 years as Assistant Professor at the Cardeza Foundation for Hematologic Research, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. In 2008 he shifted his clinical and research programs to the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research.

He has an active immunology research laboratory funded by NIH and foundation grants. He has contributed to 23 published articles on diverse clinical and research topics in oncology, immunology, hematology, and infectious diseases. He has been granted a U.S. patent and has 5 patent applications pending. He is Board-Certified in Medical Oncology and attends in the Hematology-Oncology Fellows’ Clinic at the Lankenau Medical Center. He is a member of the Institutional Review Board of the Mainline Health System.

In 2006 he founded Immunome, Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in Human Monoclonal Antibodies for use as therapeutics and diagnostics, based on technology that he developed. The Immunome platform exclusively captures Native Human Antibodies (N-huMABs). N-huMAbs are human antibodies that preserve the exact structures created by the natural protective activity of the human immune system. He is currently the Chief Scientific Officer of Immunome (www.immunomeinc.com).

Michael Colleran

Michael Colleran is Chairman of eCorpTV, the leading online video hosting website dedicated exclusively to corporate videos. Currently, the site hosts over 20,000 videos and 6,500 clients from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium businesses in all relevant business verticals. eCorpTV was founded in 2008 and has experienced enormous growth as the online video industry continues to expand exponentially as a vital part of the marketing plan of most businesses.

In addition, Colleran is founder and President of InterviewWise, a consulting and coaching firm directed to recent college graduates who are entering the workplace in a tremendously challenging environment. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Colleran spent 36 years in the media/entertainment industry as a television executive at both ABC and CBS Television. Most recently, Colleran served as President and General Manager of the CBS Philadelphia Duopoly, CBS3 and CW Philly 57. Prior to that, he was President and General Manager of WFOR-TV and WBFS-TV in Miami and WTVX-TV in West Palm Beach, Fla. Before joining CBS, Colleran was Director of Sales and Station Manager at KABC-TV in Los Angeles and Director of Sales at ABC NATIONAL TELEVISION SALES in New York. He began his broadcast career as an Account Executive at WPVI in Philadelphia.

Always a supporter of community and health related causes, Colleran has been actively involved in supporting The Susan B. Komen Foundation, has led fundraising efforts for Alex's Lemonade Stand, and Cure Autism Now. Colleran has been honored by The University of Miami's Center for Autism and Related Disorders, and led the nation's largest television fundraising effort following Hurricane Katrina. In addition, Colleran was a founding board member of Back on My Feet, an organization fighting homelessness. Colleran was a Board member at the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, a member of the Executive Board at the Philadelphia Police Athletic League, and an Executive Board member of The Beacon Council in Miami.




John Griffith

For over 25-years John Griffith has created technology-based solutions to solve business problems.

In the 80's he sold some of the earliest consumer mobile phones, created BBS-based programs for car dealers to share inventory, put together a program with one of the first ISP's in the country and sold millions of dollars worth of private label PC's via a sales agreement with a regional department store.

In the 90's he moved into digital product information management - running industry-wide programs for HIDA - the Healthcare Industry Distributors Association and many other national trade groups. He helped design and build out both the interactive and e-commerce components of America's Doctor.com, created business models and re-focused existing technologies related to online trading communities, product information management technology and more.

In the 2000's he developed ideas for improving remote assessment of computer technology used in clinical trials, was part of one of the first clinical trials to use the PDA as a collection device, traveled across the country training primary care physicians in the use of technology for clinical trials, promoted and demonstrated standards-based, hand-held risk assessment tools at annual meetings such as the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association and industry events such as PriMed.

In 2005 he founded I.P. Communications Group - an internet marketing, optimization and consulting firm comprised of many web properties including Pharmaceutical SEO.com.
